Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment : You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us +919943401976
- After Shipment : Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our return policy for exchanges or refunds.
Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility : Returns are accepted on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached. Certain items (e.g., final sale or specially customized products) may not be eligible for return.
- Time Frame : Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition : Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging.
Refund Process
- Inspection : Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method : Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Note that shipping fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
Exchanges
